The villa sits at the highest point of a quiet, private cul-de-sac, offering exceptional calm, privacy and comfort. The upper floor holds three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living room, a separate laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The generous balcony offers a spectacular view over the Mediterranean and the coastline of the Côte d'Azur.
On the lower floor there is a large studio with its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet, making the villa perfectly suited to several families or friends travelling together. All four bedrooms have comfortable double beds and air conditioning for a pleasant stay, even on hot summer days.
The enclosed grounds are reached through a secure coded entrance gate and offer parking for three to four cars.
